Go to your nearest Boots or Superdrug and ask them to get Periactin for you. It's the same stuff; cyprohetidine. You have to get it from a pharmacist, but it's not prescription-only. If they ask, tell them you get vascular headaches (Migraine) and it's the only thing that works for you.
Or if you're not comfortable ordering it in person, Weldricks sell it online, but at a vastly inflated price.
